Special terms regarding returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer convenience.
We only accept returns and exchanges for size exchanges or defective products.

If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact us at info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store within 5 days of receiving the product. Please return the product to us only if we have confirmed that the product is defective. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The replacement product will be shipped prepaid.

We will also not accept your application in the following cases:

○ Regarding cancellations: When a product is returned due to customer reasons such as long-term absence or refusal to accept the product, the shipping costs incurred will be borne by our company.
