About Paidy
- Paidy will issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month, closing the month at the end of each month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 5th of the month.
- Payment methods include convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
- The payment deadline is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 27th.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit payments, no payment fee will be charged.

Shipping Fee
Within Japan: 1,100 yen flat rate *For Okinawa only, the shipping fee is 2,000 yen due to delivery restrictions.
If redelivery is required due to absence, an additional 2,200 yen will be charged for both return and redelivery.
Timing of delivery of services or products
Regarding order acceptance and shipping dates: Online order acceptance is processed 24 hours a day, however, due to processing within our company, order acceptance will be as follows:
Weekdays from 0:00 to 10:30 on the same day
From 10:30 to 23:59, the next business day Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and company designated days
Inquiries and emails will also be accepted during business hours.

Special terms regarding returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer convenience.
We only accept returns and exchanges for size exchanges or defective products.
When you receive the product, please try it on with the tags still attached.
* Please note that once the tag is removed, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at mikiosakabecontact@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item, and only return the item to us if we have confirmed that the item is defective. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchange items will be shipped cash on delivery.
*If the same product is not available at the time of exchange, we will refund the money (bank transfer).

In addition, we cannot accept your request in the following cases:
・Products with tags removed ・Products that have been delivered more than 5 days ago ・Sale products and products that are not eligible for return or exchange ・Products that have been used once, tried on outdoors, or washed ・Products that have acquired odors, scratches, or stains while in the customer's possession ・Products with missing accessories such as delivery notes, product tags, or boxes
Regarding cancellations: When a product is returned due to customer reasons such as long-term absence or refusal to accept the product, the shipping costs incurred will be borne by our company.
In order to accept your next order, you may be required to pay the cancellation shipping fee incurred when returning the product. Please note that we may not be able to accept future orders from customers who have cancelled multiple times.
About the cooling off period The cooling off period stipulated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, etc., is a system that is mainly applied to door-to-door sales.
Please note that due to the provisions of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), this does not apply to mail order sales.
