We are not responsible for any issues or damage that may occur during shipping.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer convenience.
We only accept returns and exchanges for defective products.
When you receive the product, please try it on without removing the tag.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at mikiosakabecontact@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please only return the product to us if you are certain that it is faulty.
Shipping will be borne by the customer.
Exchange items will be shipped cash on delivery.
*If the same product is not available at the time of exchange, we will refund the purchase price ( by bank transfer ) .
*Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for other products.
If the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
In addition, we cannot accept your request in the following cases:
