When purchasing

⚫︎About the product

- There may be slight variations in stitching, color, and design. Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor settings.
・The shoes have special soles, so small bubbles, dots, and scratches may occur during the manufacturing process. Also, depending on the flooring material, the gripping noise may be noticeable.
-Depending on the type of sole and upper specifications, there may be slight differences in the size when worn.
- During use, the paint on the sole and other areas may wear and peel.
- Products with rhinestones may peel off depending on storage and usage conditions.
- Products made with synthetic leather or genuine leather may have dents or wrinkles due to the characteristics of the manufacturing process.
- Loss of shoe accessories (replacement laces, decorative parts, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
- Products that have been tried on at events, etc. may show some signs of wear on the soles, but these are not eligible for return.
・Due to the design characteristics of some shoes, the laces are set longer. When using shoes, please take care not to get the laces tangled around your feet or surroundings. This may cause accidents or falls, especially when going up or down stairs, escalators, or riding bicycles.

Overseas delivery

- Depending on the country or region, the shipping method will be pre-set to either EMS or DHL.
If you would like to ship via DHL, please contact us in advance.

- Products will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed.
・We are not responsible for any problems or damage that may occur during delivery.
- Depending on the country or region, customs duties may be incurred in addition to the product price and shipping fees.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost and will be charged when the product is received.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

⚫︎Cancel

Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to your order (except for size exchanges).

When a product is returned due to customer reasons such as being absent for an extended period of time or refusing to accept the product, we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
To accept your next order, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee incurred when returning the item (¥1,100 shipping fee and ¥1,100 return shipping fee).
Please note that we may refuse future orders from customers who have cancelled multiple times.

⚫︎Initial failure

When you receive the product, please try it on without removing the tag.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, but we do accept returns or exchanges for defective products only.

If you find any errors or defects in the product you received, please contact customer support ( info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store ) within 5 days of receiving the product.

*When contacting us, please include your order number, which is listed in the order completion email.
*Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible if the shoe bag is missing or if the tag has been removed.

Also, if you decide to return the item, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please return it to the specified address within one week.
As a general rule, replacement items can only be shipped to the same address as the original shipping address.

Size exchanges and returns

When you receive your item, please try it on without removing the tag.

Size exchanges are only available if the item is in stock and has only been tried on indoors and is unused with tags attached.
Please note that if our inspection does not determine that the item is unused, we will not be able to offer a size exchange or return the item.

If you wish to exchange or return the product, please do so within 5 days of receiving the product.

▪︎When the product you wish to exchange is out of stock
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will only refund the cost of the item.
*Refunds will be made using the same payment method as when you placed your order.
*As a general rule, we cannot accept exchanges for other products.
*Refunds will be made in Japanese Yen. For customers overseas, the refund amount in your currency may differ from the amount at the time of payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

▪︎Shipping of returns and replacements

If you decide to return the item, please return it to the specified address within one week.
*We are not responsible for any scratches or damage that occurs during shipping. Please return the item in a condition similar to when it was delivered, with all wrapping paper and packaging materials in place.

All made-to-order products will begin production after your order is confirmed. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Regarding size exchanges, we are unable to secure stock at the time of order. Please contact us after receiving the product and we will only be able to accommodate requests if the item is in stock.
