About Your Purchase
⚫︎Regarding Products
・There may be slight variations in stitching, color, and design. Colors may also appear differently depending on your monitor environment.
・Due to the special sole used for shoes, fine air bubbles, spots, or scratches may occur during the production process. Also, depending on the flooring material, the grip sound may be noticeable.
・Due to differences in sole type and upper specifications, there may be slight differences in the fit when worn.
・Through use, the paint on the sole and other parts may show wear or peeling.
・Products with rhinestones may peel off depending on storage and usage conditions.
・Products made with synthetic or genuine leather may have dents or wrinkles due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
・Loss of shoe accessories (spare laces, decorative parts, etc.) is not covered by warranty.
・Products tried on at events, etc., may have some signs of use on the sole, but these are not eligible for return.
・Due to the design, some shoes have longer laces. Please be careful to ensure that the laces do not get tangled around your feet or surroundings when in use. This can cause accidents or falls, especially when going up or down stairs, on escalators, or when cycling.
All of the above points are due to the characteristics of the product and do not indicate a quality issue.

Apparel: Up to 2 items per product
Shoes: Up to 2 pairs per product
*Please note that if multiple orders are determined to be from the same person (based on address, email address, etc.), your order may be canceled.
Even if an order is within the purchase limit, if we determine that the quantity ordered exceeds what is appropriate for personal use or that the purchase is for commercial purposes or hoarding, we may cancel the order and sale without prior notice.

International Shipping

・Orders may be canceled due to international conditions or logistics circumstances.
・Products are expected to be shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation.
・We are not responsible for any shipping issues or damages during delivery.
・Customs duties may be incurred depending on the country or region, in addition to the product price and shipping fees.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for these duties, and they will be charged upon receipt of the product.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
⚫︎Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, nor changes to order details (excluding size exchanges), due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.
Thank you for your understanding.
Furthermore, if a product is returned due to customer reasons such as long-term absence or refusal to receive, we will bear the incurred shipping costs.
Therefore, when accepting your next order, you will be responsible for the cancellation shipping fees incurred during the return (shipping fee ¥1,100・return shipping fee ¥1,100).
Please note that customers who have had multiple cancellations may be refused future orders.
We appreciate your understanding.
⚫︎Initial Defects
Upon arrival of your product, please ensure to try it on (shoes) without removing the tags.
While we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, we do accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only for products confirmed to have initial defects.
If you receive a product with an initial defect (damage, fault, etc.), we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our
customer support (info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store) within 【7 days】 of product arrival. Please include your order number and attach photos of the defective area.
In addition, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
・Within 7 days of product arrival
・Product tags have not been removed
・Tried on indoors only
・No dirt or scratches acquired after arrival
⚫︎Size Exchange
Upon arrival of your product, please ensure to try it on (shoes) without removing the tags.
Size exchanges are only possible for domestic orders, and only if the desired exchange size is in stock.
*Size exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
Additionally, size exchanges are only accepted if all the following conditions are met:
・Within 7 days of product arrival
・Product tags have not been removed
・Tried on indoors only
・No dirt or scratches acquired after arrival
Please note that if our inspection determines the item is not in unused condition, we cannot accept an exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
After confirming the above, please contact customer support (info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store) with your order number within 【7 days】 of product arrival.
▪︎Return and Shipment of Exchange Items
If a return is decided, please return the item to the designated address within 7 days.
The exchange process is as follows:
1. You return the item to the inspection facility by 【prepaid shipping】.
2. Once we confirm the item is unused, we will ship the exchange item by 【cash on delivery】.
Please note that the return shipping fee to the inspection facility and the shipping fee for the exchange item will be borne by the customer.
We appreciate your understanding.
※ We are not responsible for any scratches or damage that occur during return shipping.
Please return the item in a condition similar to how it was received, with the wrapping paper and packaging materials in place.
Also, the shipping address for the exchange item will, in principle, be the same as the shipping address provided at the time of the original order.

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent, but the product will be shipped several months later.
●About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All pre-order items begin production only after your order is confirmed.
Therefore, cancellations, returns, exchanges, size changes before delivery, and size exchanges after delivery due to customer convenience after order confirmation cannot be accepted.
●Purchase Restrictions for Pre-order Items

●Estimated Product Shipping Time

Shoe Care
・If wet, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth and air dry in the shade.
・When storing, avoid high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight, and keep in a well-ventilated area.
・Avoid using washing machines or tumble dryers, as this may damage the sole.
・When washing with water, we recommend methods such as turning the shoe upside down to prevent water from entering the sole,
or stuffing towels inside to prevent water from soaking into the shoe interior.
・Use a neutral detergent for cleaning.
・Washing with water or hot water may cause changes in size, color, or color transfer.
・If water gets into the outsole, remove the insole and air dry the outsole part face up in the shade. It may take several days for the water to drain.
※ We are not responsible for shoe care such as water washing.
