⚫︎About the Products
・There may be slight variations in stitching, color, and design. Colors may also appear different depending on your monitor environment.
・Due to the special soles used in our shoes, minor air bubbles, dots, or scratches may occur during the manufacturing process. Additionally, a squeaking sound may be noticeable depending on the floor material.
・There may be slight differences in the fit when worn due to variations in sole types and upper specifications.
・Wear and peeling of paint, especially on the sole, may occur during use.
・Products with rhinestones may shed due to storage conditions or usage.
・Products made of synthetic or genuine leather may show indentations or wrinkles due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
・Loss of shoe accessories (spare laces, decorative parts, etc.) is not covered by warranty.
・Items that have been tried on at events may show some signs of use on the sole, but these are not eligible for returns.
・Due to the design, some shoes may have long laces. Please be careful to prevent the laces from getting tangled in your feet or surroundings when using them. This may cause accidents or falls, especially when ascending/descending stairs, on escalators, or when cycling.
All of the above are characteristics of the product and do not indicate a defect in quality.

To ensure that as many customers as possible can purchase, we have set purchase limits.
Apparel: Up to 2 items per product
Shoes: Up to 2 pairs per product
*Please note that if multiple orders are deemed to be from the same individual (based on address, email address, etc.), we may cancel the order.
Even for orders within the purchase limit, if we determine that the quantity of the order exceeds what is considered for personal use, or if the purchase is for commercial purposes or hoarding, we may cancel the order and sale without prior notice.

International Shipping
・Depending on the country or region, shipping methods are pre-set to either EMS or DHL.
If you prefer shipping with DHL, please contact us in advance.
・Orders may be canceled due to international conditions or logistics issues.
・Products are scheduled to be shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation.
・We are not responsible for any trouble or damage during delivery.
Depending on the country or region, customs duties may be incurred at the time of customs clearance, separate from the product price and shipping fee.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and payment methods vary by country and shipping company.

In either case, please note that cancellations due to customs duties cannot be accepted.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
⚫︎Cancellation
After an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience, nor changes to order details (excluding size exchanges).
Please understand this in advance.
Furthermore, if a product is returned due to customer reasons such as long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, the incurred shipping fees will be covered by our company.
Therefore, when accepting a subsequent order, you will be responsible for the cancellation shipping fees incurred at the time of return (shipping fee ¥1,100 + return shipping fee ¥1,100).
Please note that for customers with multiple confirmed cancellations, we may refuse future orders.

⚫︎Initial Defects
Upon arrival of your product, please be sure to try it on and wear it indoors without removing the tags.
While we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only for products confirmed to have initial defects.
In the unlikely event that your received product has an initial defect (such as damage or fault),we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our
customer support (info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store) within 7 days of product arrival.
When contacting us, please include your order number and attach photos of the defective area.
Furthermore, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
・The product has been received within 7 days
・The product tag has not been removed
・The product has only been tried on indoors
・There are no stains or scratches sustained after arrival
⚫︎Size Exchange
Upon arrival of your product, please be sure to try it on and wear it indoors without removing the tags.
Size exchanges are only available for domestic orders and only if the desired exchange size is in stock.
※We do not accept size exchanges for international orders.
Furthermore, size exchanges are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
・The product has been received within 7 days
・The product tag has not been removed
・The product has only been tried on indoors
・There are no stains or scratches sustained after arrival
Please note that if our inspection determines that the item is not in unused condition, we cannot accept an exchange. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
After confirming the above, please contact customer support (info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store) with your order number within 7 days of product arrival.
▪︎Returns and Shipping of Exchanged Items
If a return is decided, please return the item to the designated address within 7 days.
The exchange process is as follows:
1. You return the product to the inspection facility via [prepaid shipping].
2. Once we confirm that the product is unused, we will ship the exchanged item via [cash on delivery].
Please note that the return shipping cost to the inspection facility and the shipping cost for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.

※We are not responsible for any scratches or damage that occur during return shipping.
Please return the item with wrapping paper and packaging materials in a condition similar to how it was delivered.
Also, the shipping address for exchanged items will, in principle, be the same as the delivery address provided at the time of the original order.

We will send a confirmation email after your order, but the product will be shipped several months later.
●About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
For all pre-order items, production begins only after your order has been confirmed.
Therefore, after order confirmation, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience, nor size changes before delivery or size exchanges after delivery.

・We will ship sequentially as soon as preparations are complete, but delivery times may fluctuate due to production circumstances. Please understand this in advance.
・We do not accept specific delivery date requests. Delivery will be around the estimated shipping period stated in the product description.
・Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
・If you purchase items with different delivery times or regular items together, all items will be shipped together once they are all available. For customers who need items urgently, we recommend completing separate payments for the items.
Shoe Care
・If wet, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth and air dry in the shade.
・When storing, avoid high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight, and store in a well-ventilated area.
・Do not use washing machines or tumble dryers, as this may damage the sole.
・If washing with water, we recommend turning the shoes upside down to prevent water from entering the sole,
or stuffing them with towels to prevent water from penetrating inside the shoes.
・Use a neutral detergent for cleaning.
・Washing with water or hot water may cause changes in dimensions, color, or color transfer.
・If water enters the outsole, remove the insole and air dry with the outsole facing up. It may take several days for the water to drain.
※We are not responsible for any damage caused by washing or caring for shoes with water.
