Within Japan: 1,100 yen flat rate *For Okinawa only, the shipping fee is 2,000 yen due to delivery restrictions.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been confirmed. (This also applies to cancellations due to expiration of convenience store payment deadlines.)
When a product is returned due to customer reasons such as being absent for an extended period of time or refusing to accept the product, we will cover the shipping costs incurred.

To accept your next order, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee incurred when returning the item (¥1,100 shipping fee and ¥1,100 return shipping fee).

Regarding exchanges

When washing with water, please turn your shoes upside down or stuff them with towels to prevent water from getting into the soles. Please use a neutral detergent.
Washing with water or hot water may cause changes in size and color. There is also a risk of color transfer.

If water gets into the sole, remove the insole, turn the shoes upside down so the sole is facing up, and dry them in the shade. It may take several days for the water to drain.
