シューズには特殊なソールを使用しているため、生産過程において細かな気泡や点、傷などが生じる場合がございます。また、床材によってはグリップ音が目立つことがございます。
ソールの種類やアッパーの仕様の違いにより、着用時のサイズ感に若干の差が生じる場合がございます。
使用の過程においては、ソール部分をはじめとする塗装に摩耗や剥がれが生じることがございます。ラインストーン付きの製品は、保管状況や使用状況により剥がれる可能性がございます。
合成皮革や本革を使用した製品は、製造工程の特性上、凹みやシワが見られる場合がございます。
靴の付属品（替え紐・装飾パーツ等）の紛失は保証の対象外となります。
イベント等で試着された商品には、靴底に多少の使用感が残っている場合がございますが、返品の対象外となります。
デザインの特性上、紐が長めに設定されているシューズがございます。ご使用の際は紐が足元や周囲に絡まないよう十分ご注意ください。特に階段の昇降時やエスカレーター、自転車ご利用時には、事故や転倒の原因となる可能性がございます。
上記の点はすべて製品の特性によるものであり、品質には問題ございません。恐れ入りますが、あらかじめご理解・ご了承のうえ、ご購入くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
These shoes feature a special type of sole. As a result of the manufacturing process, minor air bubbles, marks, or scratches may appear. Depending on the type of flooring, grip noise may also be noticeable.
Variations in fit may occur depending on the type of sole and the specifications of the upper. With wear, the coating on the sole or other parts may show signs of abrasion or peeling.
Products made of synthetic or genuine leather may have dents or wrinkles due to the characteristics of the manufacturing process. Products with rhinestone embellishments may experience detachment depending on storage and usage conditions.
Loss of accessories (such as replacement laces or decorative parts) is not covered under warranty. Items tried on at events may show slight signs of wear on the sole; such reasons are not eligible for returns.
Some designs feature longer shoelaces. Please take care to prevent them from becoming entangled around your feet or surroundings. Extra caution is required when using stairs, escalators, or bicycles, as long laces may pose a risk of accidents or falls.
All of the above are characteristics of the product and do not indicate defects in quality. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of these points prior to purchase.

なお、購入制限内でのご注文であっても、個人使用の範囲を超える数量のご注文や、商業目的での購入・買い占めと当店が判断した場合には、事前のご連絡なしにご注文および販売をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

配送について（Shipping Information）
●送料について
日本国内：一律1,100円
※沖縄のみ配送の関係上、2,000円とななります。
不在による再配送は、返送と再配送合わせまして追加で2,200円がかかります。
・商品は全て佐川急便またはヤマト運輸での発送となります。
日時指定ができませんので、ご了承くださいませ。
・商品の発送は、入金確認後10日以内を予定しております。
・発送通知が届いてから営業日内1～3日ほどお届けに時間がかかります。

返品交換について（Returns and Exchanges）
⚫︎キャンセルにつきまして
ご注文確定後のキャンセル、変更は出来かねますのでご注意くださいませ。(コンビニ支払い期限切れに関するキャンセルも同様です)
お客様都合により長期不在・受取辞退などの理由で商品が返品される際、発生した送料は当社が負担しております。
次回ご注文をお受けするには、返品の際に発生したキャンセル送料（送料¥1,100、返送料¥1,100）をご負担いただきます。
また、複数回キャンセルのあるお客様については、今後ご注文をお断りする場合もございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
※商品に関しまして縫い目や色味、デザインに誤差がある場合がございます。
モニター環境により色が変わって見える場合もございます。
⚫︎交換に関しまして
商品が到着致しましたらタグは取らずに必ず、ご試着・試し履きをお願い致します。
発送時のトラブル、破損等こちらでは一切の責任を持ちかねます。
本来お客様都合での返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けしておりませんが、不良のある商品のみ返品・交換をお受けしております。

⚫︎サイズ交換に関しまして
在庫があれば交換可能ですが、室内試し履きのみのタグがついている商品のみ対象となります。
また、弊社検品にて、未使用品と認められない場合は交換はできませんのでご了承くださいませ。
返送料はお客様負担となります。

返品・交換をご希望の場合、商品到着より5日以内に

返送対応となった場合、大変お手数ではございますが原則１週間以内に指定の送り先までお送りくださいませ。
また、交換の際に同商品がない場合は、返金 とさせていただきます。
※返金の際は、クレジットカード払いの方はお支払いいただいたクレジットカードに返金、コンビニ支払いの方は銀行口座をお伺いいたしますので、そちらに返金となります。
別商品との交換はお受けできませんので予めご了承ください。
また以下のような場合は、お受けできません。
・タグ を外してしまった商品
・靴袋を紛失していまった商品
・商品到着後、5日以上経過した商品
・SALE商品および返品・交換対象外商品
・一度ご使用になられた商品、野外で試し履きをした商品、洗濯後の商品
・お客様のもとでニオイが付着したり、キズ、汚れが生じた商品
・付属品を紛失された商品
上記の注意点をご理解の上ご購入お願い致します。
原則、交換品の発送先は注文時の発送は配送先住所と同じ場所のみ対応しております。
⚫︎Cancellation Policy
Please note that we cannot cancel or change your order after it is confirmed.
In the case of the item is undeliverable due to the customer's refusal or absence, the return shipping cost will be charged when a future purchase is made. Also, please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders depending on the previous cancellation records of the customer.
・Please note that the actual sewing detail, color, and design of products will depend on your computer monitor setting and may not be accurate.
⚫︎Returns&Exchanges
・We take no responsibility for any damage caused to the product or trouble during delivery.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer requests, except defective items. Please try your item on before removing the tag.
＊Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the tag has been taken off.
・Refunds will be made in Japanese yen, so the refund amount may vary depending on your currency due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
For returns and exchanges, please notify us by email at
info@mikiosakabejennyfax.store within 5 calendar days after the delivery, and return the item only after the authorization is given. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Then, the exchange item will be shipped COD.
＊If your order is to be returned, please send it to the designated address within one week in principle.
＊If the exchange items are unavailable, we will process your refund into your bank account.
＊Please note that an exchange/replacement for a different item is not available.
Also, returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances;
・Items that no longer have the tags attached
・Returns requested more than 5 calendar days after order delivery
・Any SALE items or items not subject to returns or exchanges
・Items that have been used, worn outdoors, or washed
・Items that have been damaged, modified, or which have aquired stains or odors
・Items that are missing a delivery slip, item tag, or any parts and accessories including their original packaging
Please ensure that you agree with all of our policies above, before placing your order.

・In principle, we can only ship replacements to the same location as the shipping address for the order.

●受注商品の購入制限について

【商品到着予定日】
商品は、ご購入時の説明欄に記載された入荷時期にお届けいたします。
準備が整い次第、順次発送を行いますが、生産状況により配送時期が多少前後する可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
※異なる納期の商品や通常商品をあわせてご購入いただいた場合は、すべての商品が揃い次第の一括発送となります。
※天候や交通状況により、お届け日が前後する場合がございます。
※受注商品はすべて、お客様からのご注文後に生産を開始いたします。そのため、お客様のご都合による交換・返品は一切お受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
サイズ交換につきましては、受注時点では在庫の確保ができかねます。 商品到着後にお問い合わせいただき、在庫がご用意できる場合に限り、対応させていただきます。
万が一、商品に不具合がございましたら、商品到着から5日以内に、記載の連絡先までご連絡くださいませ。 なお、タグが付いていない商品や、屋外での試し履き・着用された商品につきましては、返品・交換をお受けできませんのでご注意ください。
また、到着日のご指定は承っておりません。掲載されている商品到着予定日付近にお届けいたしますが、具体的な日程のご案内は行っておりませんので、予めご了承ください。
【お支払方法】
お支払方法はCredit card/ Apple Pay / Google Pay / Paidy /Paypalとなっております。
送料は全国一律¥1,100となっております。沖縄のみ¥2,000となります。
受注会にて、前金お支払いをいただいたお客様は残金を代金引換にて請求させていただいております。

靴のお手入れについて (Shoes Care)
濡れた時は乾いた布で拭きとり、日陰干ししてください。保管の際は、高温多湿・直射日光を避け、風通しの良い場所で保管してください。
靴の洗濯機やタンブラー乾燥機はソールが傷む原因になりますのでお避けください。
水洗いされる場合は、ソールに水が入らないようにひっくり返した状態、もしくはタオルなどを詰めて靴の中に水が入らないようにお願いいたします。中性洗剤をご使用ください。
水やお湯で洗うことにより、寸法や色の変化が生じる可能性がございます。また、色移りの恐れがあります。
ソールに水が入ってしまった場合は、インソールを抜き、ソールが上になるようにひっくり返して日陰干しにしてください。水が抜けるまで数日かかる場合がございます。
靴の水洗いなどお手入れに関しては弊社では責任を負いかねますので、自己責任でご対応をお願い致します。何卒ご理解よろしくお願い致します。
When wet, wipe with a dry cloth and dry in the shade. When storing, avoid high temperature, high humidity, and direct sunlight, and keep in a well-ventilated place.
Please avoid washing shoes in a washing machine or tumble dryer, as they may damage the soles.
When washing in cold water, please turn the shoes upside down to prevent water from getting into the soles, or stuff a towel or the like into the shoes to prevent water from getting into the soles. Please use a neutral detergent.
Washing with water or hot water may cause dimensional or color changes. There is also a possibility of color migration.
If water gets into the sole, please remove the insole, turn the shoes over so that the sole is up, and dry them in the shade. It may take several days for the water to drain out.
We are not responsible for the care of the shoes, including washing them in water, so please take care of them at your own risk.
