How to give an e-Gift

① Select the item you want to give and select "Send as an e-gift to someone I don't know the address of."

② Once you have completed the order by entering your (the purchaser's) name, address, and phone number, a URL for receiving the item will be automatically issued.

③ Copy the issued URL and share it with the person you want to give it to via LINE, Instagram, email, etc.

*If you would like gift wrapping, please be sure to select it at the time of purchase.
*eGifts can only be shipped within Japan.

How to receive e-Gifts

① After purchasing a gift, a dedicated URL will be issued.
If you are the sender, please send the URL to the person you wish to give the gift to via LINE or email.

② The recipient enters the necessary information from the URL.
On the receiving page, please enter the size, delivery address, etc.

③ Once you have completed the input, your gift will be shipped.
The product will be delivered to the address you specify at a later date.

* The receipt period is within 7 days after purchase completion.
If the procedure is not completed within the period, your order will be automatically cancelled.

*Due to the nature of e-gifts, there may be a slight delay in reflecting stock in real time. If the product you want is not available, we will contact you by email.

*Made-to-order items are not eligible for e-gifts.
