[Visitor reception]
To reduce congestion, online reservations will be accepted from 9:00 PM the day before.
*If you come on the day without a reservation, you will be guided in order after checking in online at the reception desk.

🍫How to check in
When the reception starts, we will post the reception URL on our Instagram story.
Please check in in order via the URL.

On the day, you will be called once it is possible to enter → After you have been called, please speak to a member of staff at the entrance to the venue. *Please refrain from waiting in front of the venue before being called. *If you have not arrived within 20 minutes after being called, your reservation will be cancelled.

🍫Regarding attendance: ・Maximum of 3 people per group. *If there are 4 or more people, please make separate reservations.

・Stay in the store for no more than 30 minutes per group

🍫About baggage: For security reasons, we will keep all your baggage.

*The products sold at the sample sale will mainly be sample items used in photo shoots, exhibitions, etc.

*The sizes available for sale range from size 36 (22.0 cm) to size 44 (28.0 cm).
