Please note that during the period below, we will be closed for Golden Week and will suspend shipping operations and inquiry support (via phone, email, etc.).
While shipping will resume after the holiday period, orders for products on the online shop will be accepted 24 hours a day even during the closure.

▼ Regarding product delivery before the holiday period

Orders for which payment is completed by Thursday, April 30th, will be shipped before the holiday period.

However, if there is a high volume of orders, it may not be possible to ship all orders before the holiday. If you are in a hurry, please place your order as early as possible.
Also, please double-check your input as there has been an increase in shipping delays due to incomplete addresses.
Furthermore, there has been an increase in orders with incorrect sizes, but please note that we do not accept changes to products due to customer convenience.

▼ Regarding delivery of orders placed during the holiday period

Orders placed on or after May 1st (Friday) will be shipped sequentially according to the following schedule.
Domestic and international shipments: Shipped sequentially from May 7th (Thursday)
